  • Focuses on behaviors and their effect on workplace functioning. Builds path to enhance and develop skills like communication, give-receive feedback, problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Identifies further areas for team development (processes to be improved, areas for waste removal…). Clearly points out actions to be taken to elevate teams performance and effectiveness.
